We are extremely pleased to announce two important changes recently made to our customer service department.
First we have hired Patrick Harkins as the new Customer Service Manager. Patrick brings with him over 30 years of experience working in sales, operations and customer service management for the likes of Entourage Technology, The Federation des Caisse Desjardins and Kaba Ilco.
Patrick’s track record has been and remains customer satisfaction in all facets of the customer relationship. His positive approach to business has proven to be instrumental in building customer loyalty with his past employers. We are confident he will continue this trend with our customers and our sales force we are also confident he will contribute to Lambton’s growth and bring a higher quality of customer satisfaction.

We are dually pleased to announce Catherine Vinet begins a new chapter in her career with Lambton Doors. Catherine will be the new Customer Service Quality Control Manager responsible for continuous customer service improvement. Catherine remains a key asset for Lambton Doors. Her hard work and dedication has been noticed over the year both internally and externally working with our valued customers and sales force. Her responsibilities have grown to the point where one individual is no longer enough to handle the work load.
We are confident that with her engineering background and methodical thought process this new role was personally designed with her in mind and will add to the overall quality of service for our customers.
