Our series
PARTICLE CORE (PC)
Core made of compressed wood particles, providing good dimensional stability and a uniform surface for veneering, suitable for standard interior doors.
STRUCTURAL COMPOSITE LUMBER (SCL/LSL)
Core manufactured from engineered wood (laminated or oriented wood strands/fibers), offering high mechanical strength and excellent structural stability for heavy-duty doors.
AGRIFIBRE (AG)
Core made from compressed recycled agricultural fibers, providing an eco-friendly alternative with consistent density and good machining and finishing performance.
MINERAL CORE (MC)
Core made of non-combustible mineral materials, providing enhanced fire resistance. This option is typically used for fire-rated applications only and is designed to achieve the highest levels of fire performance.
SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS (STC)
A rating that measures a door’s ability to reduce sound transmission; the higher the STC value, the better the acoustic insulation. The core may vary depending on the STC level.Consult Customer Service for additional information
HOLLOW CORE (HC)
Lightweight core reducing weight while maintaining sufficient rigidity for interior applications. Other Hollow Core options may be available.
